⚔ WWII GLOBAL STRATEGY ⚔

Per the official How the War is Won card.
Axis wins by holding either 8 Europe VCs or 6 Pacific VCs for a complete round, AND an Axis capital (Berlin, Rome, or Tokyo) at end of round.
Allies win by holding Berlin, Rome, AND Tokyo for a complete round, AND an Allied capital (Washington, London, Paris, or Moscow) at end of round.

Every power takes its own turn either way. Without this, China, ANZAC and France are operated by the USA, UK and USSR respectively (max 6 players).

Adds variety. Each nation gets one of the 10 technologies (super subs, jet fighters, radar, etc.) chosen at random when the game starts.

At game start each power is dealt a 2-sided commander card and picks a side. View them in the in-game Cards tab.

Homebrew. One event card (storms, uprisings, supply crises, etc.) is drawn at the start of every round and lasts that round.
